Why are you closing?
Due to rising business taxes, more licenses and fess, costs of living increases, and compliance hurdles in Washington state and King County. It is unfortunate that is has come to this, and I would like to thank everyone who has made this journey possible. I may re-open in another state, so keep in touch!
What if we currently have a contract with you?
Contracts will be honored until the specified end of said contracts. Extensions are not possible.
What if we have a proposal/estimate from you?
Unsigned estimates and proposals for clients within King County will not be accepted. Unsigned estimates and proposals for clients outside of King County will be accepted on a case by case basis.
Timeline for ending operations.
- Immediately (11/07/2025) – No new contracts from King County clients will be accepted.
- December 1st 2025 – No new contracts from Washington state clients will be accepted.
- January 1st 2026 – No new contracts will be accepted. All current work will be finished.
- January 31st 2026 – JDFY LLC will end operations.
